Menai Blinds also support motor racing where we can in the Kerrick National Sports Sedan Series.

We won the NSW state series in our first year competing in this class in 2007, but we narrowly missed out in 2008 by a few points to Chris Jackson in his Chev powered Calibra.

In 2009, we focused on the Kerrick National series where we finished 6th overall.

The car is based on a Chev Camaro with a V8 engine that puts out over 740hp.  All of the panels are fibreglass with a space frame chassis. The car we are running this year has independant rear suspension and a sequential six speed Holinger gearbox.  The car is manufactured and prepared by Steve's Toyshop who has the 2007 state championship winning Camaro for sale.  A Sports Sedan holds a faster lap record at every track than a V8 Supercar and the racing is always close so feel free to come out to the track and have a look and say g'day.
